Program Curriculum

SportsLife Camps uses several curricular and programmatic tools to help kids understand each day's lesson, including video and live skits, experiential learning, games, music, reading from Scripture and Scripture memorization.

While SportsLife Camps promises outrageous fun for you and your kids, we take seriously the opportunity to share the life-changing story of Jesus.  Our innovative program curriculum presents a simple and inviting Gospel message.  We invite kids to explore with us what it means to know and follow Jesus as they not only see and hear what the Bible has to say, but participate in the story in creative and engaging ways.

2010 Theme: REACH

Our camp week centers around a theme, and every aspect of camp reflects this theme. The theme for Summer 2010 will be REACH.

Have you ever seen a runner reach out her neck to cross the finish line? Or watched a climber fully extend to reach the next rock? Or a dad reach out to his young daughter as she leaps off the board into the pool for the first time?

Sportslife Camps is all about reaching this summer. Reaching out. Reaching up. Reaching down. Reaching takes courage. Reaching requires effort. And God’s story is full of incredible reaches. God reached from heaven and entered humanity. Jesus reached out to call his disciples. A variety of people reached out to Jesus during his time on earth. And the greatest reach of all: Jesus reached his arms out in love to die for us. This summer, SportsLife campers will see how God’s story reaches into our own lives and call us to reach out to others.
